Job Organiser is a management control and administration system for translation businesses, developed in 2005/6 by Infospeed, world leaders in systems for Language Schools. Its scope and flexibility makes it suitable from the smallest to the largest organisation (fully multi user). Job Organiser uses Microsoft Access as its database engine with the latest .NET development framework to create its friendly look and feel. All outputs go to Excel providing a simple professional reporting tool. Quotations, job sheets, invoices & credit notes are all user defined.

Its main purpose is to provide a management control system through entering quotations and jobs. Finding suitable translators to carry out accepted quotations, and to control and monitor the progress of each job element, together with its costs. Supplier and Client databases provide a wealth of information as well as a history of quotes and jobs. Reports show profitability and allow the monitoring of financial performance by individual as well as the total organisation.
